Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) is an alternative energy source in many countries and is an effective solution for addressing the global energy crisis. Beyond processing and supplying this energy source, the facility aims to provide educational activities and enhance visitors' awareness of its importance.
The primary storage for LNG is in large tanks. The architects' initial concept was to create a building design that mimics the unique environment of these tanks. Therefore, the diameter and shape of the offices here resemble these storage spaces. To create a contrast with the massive shapes of the tanks above and below ground, green landscaping is arranged in all the undulating roof spaces, blending with the surrounding environment. Additionally, by-products from the recycling process are reused rather than disposed of in the ocean, avoiding negative environmental impacts.

On the outside, the structure is designed to blend with the environment. To achieve this, the design strategy preserves the original wetlands and native plant species. For some wetlands that have been destroyed, natural irrigation systems are recreated to help restore the ecosystem and environment.
