In 2024, The Layan Green Park in Phuket, Thailand, was recognized with a Luxury Lifestyle Awards for Best Luxury Sustainable Apartment Hotel for Layan Green Park, proving its dedication to environmental responsibility and high-end living.
Layan Green Park’s sustainable features ensure its place at the forefront of eco-luxury living. The development maximizes natural light and energy efficiency through passive solar design, high-performance insulation, and rooftop solar panels that generate significant portions of the building’s electricity needs. Water conservation is also a priority, with rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems reducing consumption and ensuring responsible water use.
The project’s EDGE certification, awarded by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank Group, highlights Layan Green Park’s achievements in energy and water efficiency, as well as the embodied energy in its materials.
