With a design intended to set a standard for mixed-use complexes in the area, Harmonia 1250—with its vertical layout integrating commercial spaces, offices, and residential units—brings a unique innovation to the real estate market.
The spatial arrangement of different volumes within the building is an essential design element. By studying the specific characteristics and height of the terrain, the building becomes part of the community ecosystem, establishing a flexible and close relationship with the surrounding vegetation and public spaces. This gives the building unique facade areas that shift depending on the viewer’s perspective, adding a vibrant new landmark to the Vila Madalena skyline.
The ground floor is designed to connect with the community, serving as a shared transition space between the building’s different sections. On every floor, indoor and outdoor spaces are intricately connected, providing expansive views over the city.
The office facades feature balcony spaces with metal and vegetation-covered layers, forming a green “skin” that protects the building from dust and pollution. With an integrated drip irrigation system, the building ensures low water consumption, enhancing the quality of life for all residents and workers through passive design strategies.
