Jamshedji, founder and principal architect at Zarine Jamshedji Architects, along with Beuke, has extensive experience in the construction industry. The architect shares: "We sought a location that reflects our desire for living values."
From this, a design vision emerged almost immediately. The aspiration to create a home that 'blends' seamlessly into the land and landscape, without disrupting or obstructing the views from the adjacent rice paddies, became the foundation for this project.

- The project utilizes Advanced Building Technology (Schnell 3D Building System) with outstanding features such as structural strength, high thermal insulation, rapid construction, and a perfect blend of prefabricated materials and on-site construction.
- Green solutions are employed, such as reusing construction materials and incorporating Vetiver grass on the roof to create an environmentally friendly space.
- Permaculture principles are applied in the landscaping, combined with sustainable building practices.
- Recycled and natural materials are used to create various components, such as furniture and lighting fixtures.
