A Living Experience in Harmony with Nature through Minimalist Values

Share:

AN 867 is a high-rise development project located in a residential area in western Mexico City. The project was conceived with the desire to create a flexible space that uses sustainable materials such as concrete and natural pine wood. The building is situated on a 268 m² plot, featuring four floors of apartments and two underground parking levels. With an entrance lobby slightly below street level that connects with the parking levels, this area offers a private space with lush greenery for building occupants.

Each floor is designed with a single apartment, providing complete privacy for each resident. With elevator access that opens directly into communal areas, these spaces feature passive lighting strategies, closely integrated with the rooftop and surrounding vegetation.

The top floor includes both private and shared garden areas, all filled with greenery and offering views of the cityscape. The main facade is crafted with concrete frames adorned with natural stone materials. Kitchen areas are equipped with adjustable sunshades, tailored to provide shade throughout the day.

Built with the principle of prioritizing health and user experience, AN 867 is designed to enhance residents' quality of life. The minimalist aesthetic of the spaces adapts to the surrounding environment, highlighting the architectural values of the area.
