Trees and greenery are used to provide shade and cool the building.
The heart of the building lies in its courtyard, bringing the landscape into the center as a source of ventilation and natural light, as well as providing a space for community gatherings. The public can walk into the central courtyard and the park within the building.
Wood and concrete are the primary materials used and are visibly exposed. Laminated wood is used for the upper structure and is displayed on the façade whenever possible.
The perimeter of the building features a concrete seating area and a long park bench overlooking the green lawn. The building demonstrates architectural excellence in sustainability, integrating greenery to create shade and help cool the structure.
