Energy Efficiency Strategies – LEED BD+C Approach

• High-performance lighting system design, meeting the requirements for reduced Lighting Power Density (LPD) in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1, while incorporating advanced lighting controls to minimize operational energy demand.

• HVAC system optimization through thermal load management, zoning strategies, and the selection of high-efficiency equipment, contributing to improved overall Energy Performance relative to the LEED baseline model.

• Building heat load management and reduction strategies, including effective heat dissipation solutions for production areas, supporting stable operating conditions and minimizing unnecessary energy consumption.

• Operational performance simulation and analysis using Digital Twin technology, supporting energy consumption scenario modeling and optimization of operational strategies throughout the building lifecycle.

• Optimization of indirect energy use within the internal supply chain through the “Wall-to-Wall” supply model, reducing energy associated with transportation and logistics and aligning with LEED’s holistic approach to emissions reduction.
